The interview process was pretty standard. I applied online and received a call inviting me to an interview. The actual interview lasted approx 30 mins asking about previous experience and availability. After the interview I got a call a few days later asking if I wanted the job

Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.

Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
