There are two rounds of interviews. The first is behavioural, conducted online, and the second is technical, conducted in person at their office. The people there are very nice, and friendly so you won't feel uncomfortable or stressed.

Two interviews, both on the phone due to Covid. First with administrator which was solid 45 minutes. Second with the owner which was less than 15 minutes. After a week I received a very nice and polite email from admin saying "thx, but no thx" . Oh well. They are still looking from what I understand.
