Meeting Robyn was lovely, she made me feel really relaxed and welcome. I was invited back to meet with the team manager and complete some system work for them. I found it odd logging on the system and sourcing and calling candidates considering I’ve been doing recruitment for several years. Completely understand this for someone new to recruitment but for experienced consultants we all know recruitment systems. Then I was required to complete several excel tests. Unfortunately I was offered a role at a different company during this process therefore withdrew.
