The management was very professional with the interview. Since I was a student at the time of application, they were flexible with my interview schedule. I had only one interview, but when hired also had chances to do other work where the company needed me. I was hired directly by the property manager. They typically look for an outgoing individual with good people skills. Any sales experience is a big plus.
