Unprofessional.
Was not informed that I passed initial writing test. Had to chase up recruitment for two weeks after test deadline who then told me that they would like to book an interview with me. Weeks on end trying to chase up Recruitment for interview/feedback after interview. Finally got a hold of recruitment who then booked me for a second interview. During second interview, I mentioned my writing test, interviewers admitted that they did not even look at my test.

Writing test first which you were given a week to do. The next step was a face to face interview with 2 people. At the face to face interview there was an editing test and a presentation. Everyone was really nice!
