The interview was before the job description was posted. Applied for the job after the discussion was given. The job was offered and was excepted. The job however was misrepresented by the hiring manager to get a more senior resource.

I had three rounds of interviews with eight different people not including the recruiter. My direct supervisor I met for 20 minutes the first round and had no contact after that. This process was not an effective example of whom I would be working under. This process showcased effectively Prime Therapeutics's values as a company but not the position and supervisor I would work under. Those are two very different things. The supervisor I ended up working under was hostile and Prime for the most part is a positive, growing company.
