The interview process for this position was almost non-existent. I did an online skills test and recorded some interview answers. I received an offer based on this. One of the recruiters I spoke with was fantastic. Another was severely lacking in communication as there was a delay in my background check. The background check company they used struggled to verify my employment and did not bother checking my uploaded documents where I included an employment verification letter from my most recent employer. I ended up receiving an offer for significantly higher pay from another employer and chose to take that offer instead. The benefits for Prime seemed nice, but the lack of communication from the recruiter (who did not respond to any of my emails) really turned me off the company.

Three interview process had to go through the phone interview was a phone and then next 2 zoom interviews. Within a week a received an offer to start. The entire process took 2 weeks for background to come back as well.

I was already a contractor so they had me to forward my resume for the posting. They sent an email inviting me to an interview. I was then interviewed by one of the supervisors which I had already known. The interview lasted maybe 10 minutes. Found out I was hired about 2 days later.
