The interviewing process is smooth and fast until the point when you are no longer in the running. The recruiter sent the benefits package prior to the initial screening and was very upfront about all the rounds and the hiring timeline, which was very much appreciated. After the HR screen, I was asked to take an SQL assessment and very quickly received an invitation for the second round. One thing to note, the advertised salary was 10k lower than what they were actually willing to pay. Had this been known, I may not have applied in the first place. After the second round, I didn’t hear from them for 3+ weeks. Followed up a few times and eventually learned that they went with someone else. Overall, it was a positive experience, of course would have been much better had an offer been extended to me. Took about 4.5 weeks from the moment of applying.
