Called in to have a talk, questions about education background, hour availability and sat an test based on the subject I chose (maths). Had someone examine mw while i did a 1-1 with one of the students.

Gcse level mathematics written test. we have to solve 10 questions within 45 minutes. followed by a face to face interview where they asked me to show teaching demo to evaluate my teaching skills and how i'm handling students.
