Initial discussion was over the phone with a manager who wears a number of hats. None of them technical. Requested that I send in examples of my work. Next discussion was over the phone with the person who would be my supervisor. Then came the in-person interview. This was mostly about my past experience and whether I could learn the few things that the company does differently.
