The recruiter was very detailed throughout the interview process and provided definite timelines for the next steps. Clear feedback was given, along with clear direction on the expectations for future employees.

HR round, Hiring Manager round and Panel round. All went well, The panel gave positive response after the presentation. I was positive. After a couple of follow ups and 2 weeks later, received a cookie cutter response that they have other stronger candidate. It was quite weird. It could be that they have low budget, being a startup but I did share my expectations well in advance. Disappointed with lack of clear communication, but then its a startup so I am fine with it.
