The interview process was confusing from the first email from the company. The phone interview needed to be rescheduled because the person who was so the screening forgot. Also when I was offered an in person interview, that same person was out sick and no one knew I was even scheduled to come in.

Tour, observation days, phone interview, in person interview. Not only does management have to like you, but the other teachers have to approve as well. It is a long process.
