It was a quick interview and asking about how I would handle different situations, how to individualize care, and how to communicate with parents. They also ask your comfort level in other classrooms as at the end of the days you may be sent to close in a different room with older children

It was so great ! It was such an easy process. Everybody was super helpful. I did not feel nervous at all throughout the whole interview. I felt great leaving the interview.
