Initial phone screening then a panel interview with three people. We were given a list of questions on paper to follow along. The interview questions were straightforward, things like how will you contribute to the team's success, if someone needed help with starting a business or conducting a job search what resources would you tell them about, what was a resource you recently learned about that helped you or someone you know?
