I interviewed my research advisor. The hiring process for international postdocs was rather slow. And they only give 1-year VISA contracts to foreign postdocs, unless you have an outside fellowship. Received very little help in terms of relocation. Housing is surprisingly expensive, and there are essentially no subsidized or on-campus housing options for postdocs.
