Interview round includes Technical test followed by two technical round, managerial round and HR round. Overall very good interview process as candidate get to know the result by end of the day. The process is quite quick and you don't have to wait too much for the next round to be happened.
It was one of the greatest interview experience at Principal Financial Group.

I had given my interviews through the pool campus. Hence there was brief introduction to tell what the company does and what will our role be, then there was shortlisting via an aptitude test and 3 rounds of interviews after.

They mostly asked situation based questions to test how quickly you can come up with solutions to management/ team/ daily task related problems. Also asked me what was my career plan , where do you see yourself 5 years down the line.
