Series of 3-4 hour long interviews. One on which involved taking a personality test. If you do not pass this test - you will not receive an offer. You're not able to prepare for it because it's based on your personality. They tell you to answer honestly, not what you think they want to hear, because they'll be able to tell. Not sure how honest that it.
