Began with an HR phone interview, was then invited to interview on site. Interviewed with two managers which lasted approximately one hour. The interview was pretty soft (ie personal questions, behavioral).

First round over online portal. Second round was a Teams meeting with 2 people. Easy interview, all behavioral questions and no technicals. We talked about Iowa football for 1/4th of the interview.
