Applied online and received a call back next day to set up a phone screen with recruiter for following week. Phone call with recruiter, followed by phone call with Regional Manager a week later. Asked by Regional manager during our phone call, to come in for an on site in local branch office in my area for following week. Onsite meeting (final round) in local office with 2 current RES's, the Director of Relationship Management and Regional Manager. Interview consisted of a 10 minute PowerPoint presentation on a retirement/ financial education topic of your choice, followed by a series of quick fire questions to test your knowledge of financial products and retirement plans. Be prepared to answer questions pertaining to plan limits, age limits, rollover options, etc. I did really well and received an offer the next morning, which I accepted a week later because I had other interviews.
