Principal focuses more on Confident, Strong headed and Transparency. I was interviewed for a technical role, and I answered 80% of interview questions. And for the rest I firmly said - 'I don't know". I believe having good communication skill, confidence and clear thoughts are the keys to crack the interview. Logical thinking is appreciated.

I am a mainframe developer - DB2, JCL, COBOL was extensively asked. And CICS was good to have. Interview can prolong upto 1.5hrs

I had given my interviews through the pool campus. Hence there was brief introduction to tell what the company does and what will our role be, then there was shortlisting via an aptitude test and 3 rounds of interviews after.

They mostly asked situation based questions to test how quickly you can come up with solutions to management/ team/ daily task related problems. Also asked me what was my career plan , where do you see yourself 5 years down the line.
