One hour interviewer. The first 30 minutes was with 2 interviews and the last 30 minutes was with 2 hours interviewers. You can do it in person or a skype call. They talked about Principal and the process. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Most questions were behavioral questions that asked me about a time I dealt with a certain situation and how I handled it.
