Yesterday i had for interview and it was worst ever experience i have faced in a IT company. There was a technical test. Test was really very easy and i had also cleared. When interviewer called me and i went to him, he looked at me and told me that he has seen me somewhere and he has taken my interview before 2 months. As i had attended interview before 5 months in same company as i had a proof of mail, how could someone tell by looking at face that he/ she attended the interview 2 months back. I told him that yes you had taken my interview but 5 months back. He went and checked in database again and told me that yes i have attended interview 2 months back. Then he went and wrote that i am rejected in test and announced my name in rejected list... x-( As i had a proof of mail, i talked with 2 HRs regarding the same and shown the mail to both of them. One female HR told me that she will arrange technical interview no need to worry. After half an hour she came and told me that for what am i waiting and told me to leave by saying that she had told me to leave. My interview was scheduled from consultatnt and also told the same scenario to consultant then i came to know that there was no 6 months criteria. only 3 months criteria means after 5th December 2014 i was eligible to give interview on yesterday 16th May 2015. This was disgusting and very disappointed.
