Contacted around 4 weeks after applying and had a short conversation with a co-founder. Interview occurred over a conference call where myself and other applicants were given 30 minute windows to call in and answer questions. It was all on the same conference call line so if you called in early or if an interview ran over, you awkwardly showed up at the tail-end of another interview. The phone interview was pretty standard with questions about experience, and start-up interest. Interviewer suggested that next steps would involve coming in for an in-person interview. However, A few days later, I was sent a generic rejection letter.
