I interviewed for the position. I really dislike it when employers give you no feedback. Not even an email that they went another direction or phone call. Nothing whatsoever And you spent your time researching and preparing for the interview

Got a call for an interview in person. Got there and had a pretty pleasant interview. Questions were behavior based ie: when was a time you displayed excellent customer service. You have to give a DETAILED example. They want to know what you did, how you did it and the RESULT of what you did. Best advice to is to prepare some of these questions before going in. Overall, was a great experience.
