A full one month experience. First they collect the informations about you. If you are eligible, they take you to the firsht phase which is a exam with ~30 questions. After this exam if you got 70% success rate, you are earning the phase two access. In phase two they want you to solve some vulnerable machines. After 70% success rate again, they take you to a face-to-face interview. If all this enough you got the internship.
