The process was straightforward, but communication could have been better. Steps were clearly highlighted and was given a timeline of what to expected. Certain steps in the process took longer than expected.

Originally was scheduled for a phone interview, but they nixed that and wanted me to talk directly to hiring manager. Interview went great, discussed my projects and my current NBA model. In the interview, it wasn't specifically said but it was implied that I was overqualified for job. Eventually, I received a rejection email stating that I impressed the team and they would be in contact regarding a different job that met my skill set, but the team was moving to other candidates for the position. I never received that email, nor did they ever reply to my emails in regarding other applications. Had a great feeling and wanted to join team, but sadly never heard back.. Left a bad taste in my mouth as the lack of transparency and broken promises regarding the different role were never met. Completely left in the dark.
