- Process was driven by the HR administrative assistant who set up all the times. - First interview was over the phone with the main interviewer in the HR department. - Second interview was a week later with the head of the department I was interviewing for. - After I passed both of the phone interviews, I was called into the office and had 5 one-on-one interviews. It was all very organized. I sat in the conference room and the various interviewers came in one after the other. I met a lot of different personalities that day, and they were all great for different reasons. The one similarity I saw in all of them was that each one seemed to love his/her job and the company.
