Pretty straight forward. Telephone interview with someone at corporate who wanted to know about certs etc. Then an in person interview with Station Manager. Recieved my offer shortly after that.

Application and Immediate Interview. I sent in my application and they sent me an interview offer the next day. Then I went through two interviews and each one went well and everyone is very nice.
Initial phone interview + in-person interview follow up. Initial phone interview is mostly getting basic information — experience, what you’re looking for, etc. Can apply without having taken NREMT/no state license/while still in your program.
