Someone from the recruitment office contacted me and performed a pre-interview. They said they would contact me withing three days and they were punctual in each step. They scheduled an interview with the hr manager and followed by a final interview with department heads. Once the interview process is over they explain their process in employee selection.

Had 2 rounds of interviews-- 1 technical and 1 HR round. I did not find the HR round upto the mark. Before starting the interview process, I had made clear my salary expectations but during negotiation time, the HR was very arrogant. It was quite clear they couldn't pay what I asked for so she started pointing out how many companies I have changed in past.
My question to them is this--all my experience is in 1st page of my CV and also I had informed my salary expectation upfront, then why bother to start the interview process?
Prov is anyway not a well known company till now and with this HR attitude, they are not going to get any better.

Colloquio
Very simple. Not much technical questions. They will ask very few questions related to technology and they will focus more on your English speaking skills. They will just call you on phone and ask questions.
