Submitted my application and I was contacted a week later with a task that had to be completed in 120 minutes. The task felt unnecessarily long and didn't allowed the candidate to be creative. I was contacted for a next interview stage in which I met with HR, and two other people. In this interview the environment was very tense.
The offer itself is not balanced for the amount of tasks required.
I'd advice to not waste time applying for a position that offers so little pay and no room to negotiate.

I applied, and a week later, I received an email. They elaborated more about the role, their interest on my profile, their salary offer, and they sent me a task. The task was poorly written. It had many misspelling issues, and it was complicated to read. I solved it and sent it back. And ask some questions about the salary. As you can see in other reviews, their salary offers are very low. (As an estimation around 40% of the salary of similar roles in the city) So, I wondered if there was the possibility of negotiating with a part-time. They just ignored me. And I never heard even the feedback from the task. It is surprisingly disappointing since the task was long and complex. At least a “we will move forward with other applications” would have been polite. Don’t waste your time with them. I believe they use the work of people on the “task” and then ghost them to avoid to pay anything. Very disappointing process.
