very informal. no need to dress-to-impress for interview, interview may even be conducted over the phone in 5 minutes. Management will ask you to come in and give a copy of your d.r. license and civil process license. Will ask you what area you'd like to work in or tell you what areas they need help in. If you agree, you're hired.
