Interview was two stages. First was phone interview with the manager, and second was in person. Interviewed with over half a dozen people including the manager, director, QA, and some QC associates. Typical STAR questions, discussion of my current skills and some technical questions that would relate to the job.
Interview went OK for the most part, until it got to a few people. Felt really off. QA lady was completely unprofessional at times and tried to get a feel of me through intimidation/tough person persona. Also one of the QC associates was incredibly unprofessional. I explained a protocol of my job duties, and she didn't believe it and actually tried to argue against me in the interview. The interview lasted a lot longer than planned also.
Their niche service seems interesting, and there seems to be a lot to learn for the position, The lack of professionalism from some of the interviewers turned me off completely and I was glad I wasn't hired.
