I applied for the role on LinkedIn and was contacted about 3 weeks later. I had a phone screening, followed by a Zoom interview with two potential team members, and a final in-person interview with another team member and the CEO. Throughout this process, the company kept reposting the role on LinkedIn. And when I asked how many candidates were interviewing, they basically said it was over 10 people, which was a red flag considering how long the role was posted and how far they were in the interview process. I enjoyed my conversation with the CEO, though I could see how other folks may have found him offensive. It’s been about two weeks since my last interview and I haven’t heard back, so I’m assuming they hired someone else.
