An online interview with the CEO or metallurgist. They asked a couple of questions, and then gave me some time to question them. They got back to me with an offer within a couple of days.

Fairly simple and easy interview. I was just asked to go over my resume and they explained what the company does. There were 2 people taking the interview. Interview lasted about 30 minutes.
