It was online (MS Teams), duration about 1 hr. We started with introduction, my education and work experience. After that, I was asked questions related to work ethics (what I expect of a chief, do I prefer working alone or in teams, what do I think working with others woud entail etc.). Then there were some questions on accounting, but instead of trying to find things I don't know of, they were more desinged to get a picture of my real life experience. After that, we talked a little in English about general things. In the end of the interview, they talked a little about the job they advertisied, I had the chance to ask some questions too.
