Screening followed by a team call with head of engineering and director of service delivery. I was asked to prepare a architecture diagram of a system to present to the interviewers. The work had to be submitted in advance of the team call however the interview was about behavioral and project delivery. Sadly after having the interview almost a month ago I heard nothing from the company which reflects very badly and I would not join them even if offer was made. Lack of feedback shows how little consideration they have for people.
