The entire interview process from initial contact to final interview was just over 4 weeks. Initially, I had a phone interview with Procore's technical recruiting manager. From there, I had a second-round Google Hangout interview with the mobile team manager. Third phase of the interview was a coding assignment. Finally, the interview process culminated with a day on the beautiful Carpinteria campus. My interview panel was comprised of six team members. My itinerary for the day consisted of a group panel interview, a cultural interview, a high level architectural interview, and two pair programming sessions. I ended the day meeting again with the mobile team manager. Interviewing can be daunting, but I absolutely love the way that Procore structures their interview process. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful, helping me to feel comfortable, building my confidence along the way. In summation, it was an awesome, awesome, awesome experience!
