There were four rounds of interviews, and each one of them was fantastic! If I wouldn't hear back for a week, my recruiter would inform me of the delay and the reason for it. For example, the design challenge took a week for the UX team to review. My recruiter always updated me, and the whole process was streamlined. Everyone was prompt with responding back to emails.
First Round: Recruiter Call
Tip: Give a very strong and brief overview. I can't stress this enough. Talk about your highlights versus going too in-depth. Your recruiter will ask you questions if they would like to know more
Hiring Manager Call: This call is what really got me excited for Procore. I could tell my manager really loved the company and was very enthusiastic.
Tip: Know why you want to work for Procore. In my interview I said that I was really impressed by Procore's ability to lower safety hazards and protect people.
Design Challenge: This took me a little over 8 hours to complete the challenge. It's pretty standard as far as how to complete it. You need to solve a problem and explain your design process + include hi-fidelity mockups.
Tips: Make sure you go through the emotions and all kinds of different angles to the problems instead of jumping to the solution
On-Site Interview: I had about three rounds of interviews + campus tour. This was what really solidified my feelings about Procore. Every single person I met was passionate about their job and/or the people. You'll have a portfolio review, leadership interview, and your design challenge review.
Tip: Procore hires energetic people who will contribute to the culture so smile and be friendly. Also, make sure you show some diversity in your portfolio. Even if you have a pet project, it's still better to show that small project if it highlights your thinking process from a different side.

At Procore, there are a lot of stakeholders and different ideas at the beginning. Let's say the Product Manger gives you a very vague problem to solve. How would you solve the given problem?

I met them at a career fair. There was a Zoom Interview the next week, I completed a Design Challenge, and then they began to plan an in person interview at headquarters. It was a really special experience to get that far with them. I got into grad school during that process and declined the in person interview, otherwise I would probably work there now. Haven't been able to even get an interview with them since graduating, go figure. They gave me a week to finish the design challenge. They were a lovely group of people at the time and I have major FOMO about the whole deal. Makes me wish I didn't go to school.

Basic questions about design process and requesting to explain the design choices and functionalities created in the design challenge (requested a transportation product solution).

Phone interview with the recruiter -> week-long design challenge -> phone call with leadership -> on-site interview (portfolio review, white boarding challenge, meeting with leadership). Everyone was super friendly, and the process was very well organized.

We talked about some of the opportunities and challenges in the space, and it was very helpful to have spent time on their YouTube documentation familiarizing myself with some aspects of the software.
