I was referred by a friend which basically helped bypass the initial recruiter phone screening and gave me the opportunity for the onsite interview. Onsite, I interviewed with three different managers (all in sales) which lasted about 30 minutes each. I felt extremely confident walking out of the interviews and my coordinator said that I should be expecting an email which would set up a time to speak with the VP of global sales. He called a week later and that lasted about 35 where he essentially asked me for my work experience, sifted through my narrative to extend questions pertaining to that experience, and expected well crafted answers and stories about why I would be a good fit for the position.
