There was an initial phone interview with the recruiter. I then did an in person panel interview consisting of 3 segments of 1 or 2 people per segment. My in person interview took about 2 hours, which is apparently longer than average. Overall it was a great experience, even if I felt a little "brain fried" at the end of it.
