      I applied online and a week later I was offered a phone interview with a recruiter. I schedule a convenient time for myself but also took in to consideration the psychology of the time and day. No one likes Monday's, Tuesdays are better but still have a Monday hangover, Wednesday's spirits are higher because we're heading toward the end of the week. She was late calling for our scheduled time. I knew all the information she was providing and she sounded very scripted. It is common sense to research the company you're applying to. I even took the free online procore student certification and oriented myself with the product beginning procore certified. Idid that while maintaining a full time job, caring for 3 kids under 6 alone, and attending college. She said there wasn't great chance for advancement and that if the opportunity arose it would be as a customer success manager. If that happens it would likely be 2 years. I asked about moving to a different area of business and she said it wasn't impossible but unheard of. That was disappointing because I expect to have a better degree in the future. You only get 10 sick days and then you get "Procore Value Days" that she initially said were performance based and she rushed through the benefits spiel. She sounded like the disclaimer at the end of a rx commercial. I asked about the time off again and she said we could have pvt whenever we needed it. I don't want to have my vacation time contingent on a manager that may or may not like me. The Austin office can't have dogs because of building restrictions. They're expanding to a 4th floor in the Chase building and no plans to relocate so Austin employees can reap the same benefits as those at headquarters. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I fell in love with the company sold on their website. I believe the other offices may be more exceptional than Austin. She offered $19.50*hr to start and possibly $20.5*hr after 90 days. She asked if that was ok and I told her I had to think about it and make a decision with my spouse. I decided I wasn't going to take it and when I didn't update her on my decision I was sent an email that they were moving forward with other candidates.

      Colloquio

      30 minute interview with recruiter two weeks after scheduling. Then three separate 30 min interviews (one day) with technical teacher, support lead, and then managers. Interviews were all great and very conversational. Heard back within a few days with an offer. Tried to negotiate the pay (very low) and never heard back.

      Colloquio

      I interviewed in three rounds. The first round was a 20-minute phone call with some basic questions and company overview. The second round was three consecutive 30-minute meetings with customer support managers via a Zoom call where I learned more about the position and who they were looking for. The final round interview was a roughly 45 minute chat with another manager, which was much more casual in tone and seemed to be geared more toward whether I would fit in with the company or not. At the end of the third round, it was indicated that I would be a great fit on the team. I was told that I would hear back within about 2 business days, but it was almost a week before I heard back with a blank rejection email. I would be thrilled for the opportunity to interview again, but it's really rough to have your interviewers show so much confidence in your chances only to get "thanks for playing!" Even with the impersonal let-down after a full month, I hope to be considered again in the future.

      Colloquio

      The first interview was over the phone. Brief 20 minute interview where they explained the job, asked about your experience, and asked a few simple questions. My interviewer was friendly and warm. Its feels like you are having a simple conversation with a friend. Then I received and invitation for to do a test to prove my skills, grammar and knowledge of Spanish. Then I received another email to do a several interviews by Zoom. The experience was completely different for the regular interviews. Each meeting took about 25 minutes each and the process was very warm and open, with questions focusing on my understanding of the position and the company's core values, focused on customer support experience and situations related to that. I didn't get the job offer, I don't know the reasons neither, I assume that I did talk too much or went a bit personal, but will -with no doubt- try again. I had the chance to read, research, investigate about this company and this is the place that I want to be and grow as professional. Now im going to read more, prepare myself, make a course and more just to be ready for next time..
