It began with an initial phone screen with someone from the HR Customer Success team. This is intended to get an initial sense of if you are generally qualified and that your personality fits Procore. The process then proceeded to a online video interview with a manager of an implementation team. This will not necessarily be the person you would be working under, but probably one of their peers who is available. The call lasted about 30 min and was a deeper dive into my background, qualifications, and some of your general interview questions. There was an interesting question that they asked me which was to teach the interviewer something in under 5 min. The last part of the process is to be flown to the office you applied for and have 3 separate interviews. I gathered from this process that 2 of the interviews are more about if you fit the culture, and the other is more about the specifics of the job. The non culture interview was with the manager of the team I would have been working for. Overall the process was transparent and positive. The only negative I have to add is that after I was informed that I was not selected for the position I contacted HR for some feedback on what I could have done to improve. While I am impressed that they were willing to provide feedback, and without giving specifics, I get the sense that I was not being given the truth. This could have just been a scenario of the manager feeling my personality didn't mesh with the team they wanted to build and had I interviewed with a different manager things could have turned out differently.

There were multiple panels with exercises to complete including a role specific roleplay. It also included competency-based questions with different individuals across the business, great opportunity to meet the teams
