I applied back in Aug'2020. I get rejected (without any calls or anything) in Sept'20 then in January, out of the blue i get invited for a rec interview - 6 months after. I accept the call - surprised. I don't mention anything about this to the rec. Anyway - we speak about my xp, fine, all good, and she walks me through their "ideal candidate" and then she speaks very passionate about their company values. One of them was openness. So I asked her to explain to me why am I interviewed now and why did the position get reposted since July'20 every month. She said - they actually promoted someone in Dec and now this is a new role. Did i believe her? No. Position get reposted at the time of writing this review. So much for those values. Obv - i didn't get moved to the "next step" - if there ever was one. Folks! If you are gathering CVs maybe don't take us all for fools.
