Had a 30 minute call with a recruiter initially after applying online. Afterwards, did a technical screen with an engineering manager. Took about an hour, with some time left to ask questions about the company and team you would be on. Focused on building out features based on rspec tests. Final round was a panel of interviews. First two were focused on culture fit, values, leadership. Last one was architectural, designing an application. Throughout the whole process, they definitely screen very thoroughly for culture fit. From the questions they ask you, they are very interested in if you are a positive, collaborative, and thoughtful person with good problem solving skills.
