Five stars. Team was very professional and interview process was thorough. They were very responsive with questions I had. I had three interviews with three different team members. Each team member welcomed me on LinkedIn before I joined.

The interviewer (based in Austin) for my position in Carpenteria seemed to be going through the motions with questions and seemed thoroughly uninterested in my candidacy. I had done a lot of research and preparation to interview with the company as I really liked the corporate culture. However, she seemed predetermined that I wasn't the right candidate from the beginning and kept telling me that I was overqualified for the position and that I would be bored. Very disappointing process.
