Overall schedule: 1 recruiter phone screen, 1 HM screen on Zoom, 1 interview with an SRE architect on Zoom, 1 round of four interviews (Peer engineering directors x 2, Sr. Managers from the team, 1 SWE architect) Interview subject matter focused on people leadership (my style, how to build a team, how to manage up, down, and sideways), project leadership (getting buy in, prioritizing vs. all other work, negotiating project priorities with peers & stakeholders, previous projects that went well or not so well).
