The interview process was well planned out but very impersonal. Seemed like this wasn't a bona fied job offer and were looking for free consulting. They stated multiple times throughout the interview that their CSM team has experience within their industry (Construction) but not many had experience as a CSM as Procore Technologies recently adopted the SaaS model and were creating their own CRM tool. Throughout the interview process, I had some sleepy CSMs yawning throughout the video interviews. The Director wasn't warm and receiving but you could tell intimdated their CSM team because they sure weren't yawning when they were on the call!

Email was sent to book in an interview, Phone interview that was very casual. Discussed about experience and team culture. About 30 minutes long. I did not receive an email about the outcome.
