The interview process is quite easy: they really try to understand how you behave in certain situations rather than the outcome. things like: tell me a time you had to work in team, tell me a time you didn't meet the objective, etc.

all behavorial questions. make sure to study up on their LEAD stuff because they want you to be that person to a T. the situational is easy, just stick to the LEAD model. master CAR/STAR format
