The interview process with the hiring managers was more of situational based Q&A on leadership qualities. You are required to hand in a short Q&A sheet prior to the interview where they would bring it to the table. However, you’re encouraged to bring in new examples where you have demonstrated the skill sets they ask for. As they believe in seeking leaders who have demonstrated qualities, it would be tough to find an example if you did not helm a role before. Overall, it was a challenging but a good learning experience
