(Recruitment process done in Feb 2020, before COVID in FR) First you will have to do the P&G Online assessment. If you succeed, your resume will be reviewed again and you may be invited to the 3 round of interviews. Then, you are invited to the closest HQ, to go through your 3 interviews the same day. Each interview is organised the same way. First, specific questions are asked about your past experiences (use STAR Method and how how what you have done illsutrates P&G Values). Then you have questions about hypothetical cases (what would you do if you had to.. if you were in that situation...). Finally, the last part are small business cases that you might found in business consulting interviews (easier than actual consulting business cases). Be clear about what makes profit, sales, costs and don't be afraid to ask questions that will make the case go further.
